The Baltimore County Police Crash Team is continuing to investigate a fatal hit-and-run accident that occurred last August in Dundalk.
Metro Crime Stoppers is now offering a reward of $2,000, along with an additional $3,000 reward from friends and family of the victim, for a tip that leads to the arrest and conviction of the suspect, police said.
Police reported that 23-year-old Keith Curtis Tawney was struck and killed around 1 a.m. on Aug. 23 by a vehicle traveling southbound on North Point Boulevard. Police said the vehicle struck Tawney and fled the scene, where Tawney died.
The suspect’s vehicle may have damage to the headlamp, hood, and fender areas, investigators told police.
