Police are seeking information about a 33-year-old man of Asian descent found walking around the 6200 block of Foxhall Farm Road in Catonsville Saturday evening.
According to police, the man is believed to be Xin Lan Zhuang. Motor Vehicle Administration records list a Hyattsville address for him, police said.
The man speaks virtually no English and police said they have had trouble communicating with him.
