A 35-year-old man was shot multiple times Monday evening on the 7900 block of Eastdale Road in Dundalk, police said.
The victim went to investigate a knock at his back door when an unknown suspect began to shoot him from outside the door, police said.
Police said the victim was transported to a nearby hospital and is expected to survive.
According to police, the suspect fled the scene and has yet to be identified.
A cash reward of up to $2,000 is being offered for anyone with information about the crime.
