Baltimore County police said they have an arrest warrant for a woman in connection with fire at the Park East Apartments in the 2000 block of Kelbourne Road in Rosedale Saturday afternoon.

The suspect was identified as Romaine Wilson, 59, of the 2000 block of Kelbourne Road, police said.

Police said the incident was intentional and was a result of an altercation started over a dispute with management about a replacement stove.

Police said all the residents in the apartments were displaced as the Red Cross is working with apartment management to relocate the residents.

The county’s fire and police department responded to the initial calls about a fire that had spread to two-alartms, police said.

According to police, Wilson was taken to an area hospital after the incident and hasn’t been served with the arrest warrant yet.
