An unidentified male suspect shot a 28-year-old man in the hand in the 3500 block of Round Road at 3:40 a.m.today, Baltimore City police said.
The incident started as an argument and grew into a physical altercation, which lead to the shooting, police said.
The victim’s injuries are non-life threatening.
