Police are looking for a 71-year-old Baltimore City male who suffers from dementia and was last seen on Sunday.
According to police, Joseph Price walked away from his assisted living home in Baltimore city. Price was last seen wearing a yellow coat, white T-shirt, and blue jeans with black and white sneakers. He is 5 feet, 2 inches tall and weighs about 200 pounds, police said.
