Man charged with attempted murder

A Randallstown man has been charged in connection with a double shooting that occurred in February, Baltimore County police said.

Donald ONeill, 51, of the 3800 Block of Janbrook Road in Randallstown, was charged with two counts of attempted first-degree murder and other related charges, police said. He is being held without bail at the Baltimore County Detention Center.

According to police, ONeill was involved in an argument with two men in the lobby of the carry-out side of Tom’s Tavern in the 9300 block of Liberty Road in Randallstown on Feb. 10. During the argument ONeill shot both men and fled the scene, police said.

The shooting in still under investigation by the Baltimore Police Crimes Unit.
