Baltimore County police are asking for the public’s assistance in finding three missing people — all unrelated incidents — including a 14-year-old girl from Franklin.

The girl, Amanda Spedden, is African-American with hazel eyes and brown hair, police said. They said she is 5 feet, 4 inches tall and weighs 120 pounds. She requires medication that she does not have at this moment, police said.

The police said she was last seen on Feb. 17 in the 400 block of Shirley Manor Road. Police said they believe Spedden may be in Baltimore City.

Police also announced that they are searching for a woman missing from White Marsh.

Lashawn Neal, 36, is an African-American woman who is 4 feet, 11 inches tall and weighs 170 pounds, police said. Police said they have no information on what she is currently wearing and she was last seen in White Marsh on Jan. 31.

In addition, police said they are still searching for a 63-year-old African-American man named William Issac, who was last seen in November 2013. Ashford is 6 feet, 1 inch tall and weighs 170 pounds, police said.

The Baltimore County Police Missing Persons Unit is leading the investigations. Anyone with information should call 410-307-2020.

Two other missing persons have been found unharmed.

Jasmine Fortune, 15, an African-American girl with brown eyes and dark hair, went missing in the unit block of Walden Birch Court in Woodlawn on Thursday at 4:30 p.m. She was found unharmed and is now at home.

Police also found Darroll Eugene Finley, a 15-year-old African-American boy who lives in the 900 block of Lindellen Ave. in Reisterstown, who disappeared about a week ago after he was seen at Franklin High School in Reisterstown, police said. He was found unharmed Friday.
