mp01An 11-year-old boy was reported missing from Owings Mills Saturday afternoon, according to the Baltimore County  police.

Dulaney Otiano is an African-American boy who is 5 feet 3 inches tall and weighs 99 pounds. He was last seen on Saturday around 2 p.m. wearing blue jeans and a black shirt with blue sleeves, police said.

Police said the boy does not have a coat, shoes or a cell phone. His mother said that he was acting strange all day and she does not think he will come home on his own.

Dulaney was last seen at his home in the 4900 block of Dromoland Court in Owings Mills.

Police are using a search and rescue bloodhound to find him.

Anyone with more information should call the Baltimore County Police at 410-307-2020.
