Exxon allBaltimore County Police are seeking assistance from the community in identifying a suspect who they say robbed a 31-year-old woman at an Owings Mill gas station on Dec. 31.

According to police, the suspect followed the woman out of the store portion of the Exxon in the 10500 block of Reisterstown Road in Owings Mills between 10:30 and 11 p.m. after she unsuccessfully tried to get change for a 100-dollar bill from the store clerk.

The man offered to give her change but then grabbed the bill, pushed the victim to the ground and ran off, police said. The suspect tried to take her purse but was unsuccessful, police said.

Anyone with information on this incident is asked to call the police at 410-887-6979.
