A Dundalk man is being held by Baltimore County police in connection with the death of a 57-year-old man early Wednesday morning, authorities said.
Police said they would release the name of the suspect after formal charges are filed. The victim’s name was also withheld until his family has been notified.
Police said they found the victim critically injured on the first floor of a single-family home in the 7600 block of Gum Road in Dandalk at about 6:30 a.m. Wednesday. The victim was transferred to Johns Hopkins Hospital, where he later died.
The two men involved in the altercation apparently knew each other and both lived at the same residence, police said.
The incident is under investigation by homicide detectives.
