Baltimore County Police have identified skeletal remains that were found in Owings Mills in October and ruled the death a homicide.

The office of the chief medical examiner identified the remains as those of 38-year-old Kenneth Henson, of the 1600 block of Kirkwood Road in Woodlawn, police said.

According to police, Henson was reported missing in May and a couple taking a walk through a wooded area discovered the remains on Oct. 11, police said.

Police said the autopsy showed that the cause of death was due to multiple injuries and the manner of a homicide.

The incident has changed from a missing persons investigation to a homicide investigation, police said.

Baltimore County Police are asking anyone with any information to call detectives at 410-307-2020 or Metro Crime Stoppers at 1-866-7LOCKUP.
