A man was expected to survive after he was shot in the lower body Friday evening and taken to a hospital by a stranger, police said.
The incident occurred on the 8000 block of Liberty Road in Pikesville at around 8 p.m., police said.
Investigation on the shooting is underway by the Baltimore Country Police Violent Crimes Unit. Anyone with information is asked to contact police at 410-307-2020.
