A 56-year-old man died Wednesday morning from injuries he sustained when his vehicle collided with an MTA bus Tuesday afternoon in Towson, police said.
John Gallagher of Essex was traveling east in a Ford F150 when his car drifted over the center lane and struck the bus on the driver side in the 200 block of East Joppa Road at about 2:52 p.m., police said. He was pronounced dead at shock trauma.
The driver of the MTA bus was taken to an area hospital for evaluation, police said. The only other passenger on the bus was not injured.
The crash remains under investigation by the Baltimore County Police Crash Team.
