The human remains that were discovered on the Catonsville campus of the Community College of Baltimore County in June have been identified as a 49-year-old man from Catonsville, police said.

Andrew Bibo, of the 100 block of Prospect Avenue, had not lived at the address in over a year, according to his father, police said.

Police said they responded to the Catonsville campus on the 800 block of Rolling Road at 12:38 p.m. on June 11 after surveyors working in a wooded area nearby found human remains.

The remains were taken to the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner where they were identified as those of Bibo, police said.

The cause of death has been listed as undetermined, but police said there are no signs of foul play. Detectives are uncertain how long the remains have been at this location.
