Baltimore County Police are seeking public assistance to help locate a 69-years-old man who suffers from dementia, police said.
Larry Nelson Young is a black male who is 5 feet, 7 inches tall and weighs 260 pounds, police said. He has brown eyes, and black hair with gray spots throughout, police said. He is believed to be wearing a black and brown checkered shirt, dark pants, and light brown shoes.
Young was last seen at 2 p.m. at his home in the 5400 block of Masefield Avenue, police said.
