A Baltimore County corrections offer was charged with conspiracy to distribute the drug Suboxone at the Baltimore County Detention center where he works, police say.
Melvin Hodge, 31, was released on a $35,000 bail after his arrest Thursday, police said. Police said he brought the drug into the facility to be distributed by an inmate.
The arrest was the result of an investigation that began in February by the Baltimore County Police Department and the county detention center.
