Baltimore County Police are investigating a double shooting in Dundalk Monday that left one woman dead and another injured.

Tiesha  Rogers, 23, of the 7200 block of Conley Street was pronounced dead at the scene, while a second unidentified woman was taken to a local hospital, police said. Police did not know the condition of the second victim.

Police said that the victims had returned home from shopping when they were approached by two suspects outside of Rogers’ Colney home. The suspects shot both women and fled the scene, police said, adding that homicide detectives believe the shooting was a targeted crime.

Anyone with information on the incident should call 410-307-2020 or Metro Crime Stoppers at 1-866-7LOCKUP.
